OMG! I love springtime very much. Not only because it is warm and sunny, but also I am actually allowed to go outside and hang out on our balcony.
Human insists that I should always wear my cat harness whenever we are on the balcony. “It is for our safety”, Human said.
“Yours, so you don’t jump off the balcony and mine, in case of you somehow jump off the balcony”, Human added.
Yeah, Human has had a scary experience – long before my time – with a cat’s friend who slept over at her house and jumped off the balcony. The cat was totally fine after the jump but Human almost had a heart attack because of the jumping.
I myself, have no intention to jump though. In fact, I don’t like being on the balcony if Human is not around or if she pretends to close the door. And when Human actually closes the door then I meow like a tiny kitten 🙂
What I love about being on the balcony is af course watching the traffic, smelling the spring and the door, just chilling and hanging out, you know?!
Sometimes, I spot some bugs and other insects, and I cannot help myself jumping after them. This is the point when Human says,”No jumping, Sintra. No jumping!”
Well, I guess that Human is right. I need to wear the cat harness because otherwise I’ld be jumping off the balcony to catch the bugs!
